Custom & Wholesale Orders
FREE SHIPPING with orders over $500! All other orders shipped at the low Flat Rate of $4.95 within the continental U.S.
For Wholesale orders, please indicate on the form above and someone will contact you directly to set up your order.

Payment & Shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and electronic check with PayPal as our authorized credit card processor. A PAYPAL account is not required to pay for your online-purchase. We use either UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier suits your order the best. The arrival of your order will take between 5-7 business days depending on your region.

Order Processing & Back Orders
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days from receipt of order with the exception of orders received on the weekends. To enquire about the status of your order please email silkythecap@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and order date. Sometimes due to uncontrollable circumstances, items may not be immediately available for shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Due to COVID-19 precautions, all sales are final unless the items are damaged in transit. If so, please contact us via the form above with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items to receive a return ticket and return instructions. Please do not throw away any packaging for the product as it will be required to receive a refund.
