Shipping Methods
  We use either UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier suits your order the best.  The arrival of your order will take between 5-7 business days depending on your region.  
   
Order Processing
  Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3  business days from receipt of order with the exception of orders received on the weekends. To enquire about the status of your order please email sales@silkythecap.com . Be sure to include your name and order date.
   
Back Orders
  Sometimes due to uncontrollable circumstances, items may not be immediately available for shipping. 
   
Shipping Charges*
  FREE SHIPPING with orders over $500!  All other orders shipped at the low Flat Rate of $4.95 within the continental U.S.

  SILKYthecap.com  accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and electronic check with PayPal as our authorized credit card processor.  A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR YOUR ON-LINE PURCHASE.

Return Policy
  All purchases are non-refundable unless the items are damaged in transit.  If so, please contact us at sales@silkythecap.com to receive a return ticket number and return instructions. Please do not throw away any packaging or the product as it will be required to receive a refund.
